The spacious casita provided a lovely escape, but
the maintenance issues like dirty floors and crumbling exteriors were disappointing for a supposed 4-5 star resort. The staff were lovely, but lacking attention to detail made the stay feel less luxurious than expected.

The truth you’re looking for
The grounds are stunning, with picturesque landscaping and granite boulders. I appreciated the spacious Two-Bedroom Villa, which had a breathtaking mountain view. The culinary experiences were delightful, offering delicious meals throughout my stay. Yet, some aspects like inconsistent housekeeping and slow service at dining venues could use improvement. Still, the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay amidst the stunning desert landscape, especially the serene moments by the pool. The golf courses were fantastic, and I loved taking advantage of the picturesque views of Pinnacle Peak during our family golf outings. The activities offered kept us all entertained, and the spacious casita worked well for our needs.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness of the casita left much to be desired. We faced inconsistent housekeeping and the patio was dirty upon arrival. For families with children, better communication with housekeeping would be great.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the stunning courses, worked on our swings, and enjoyed the beautiful desert views. The Towns of Carefree and Cave Creek were great for some laid-back fun, too. Perfect spot for outdoor activities right at the resort!
One downside was the slow service at the front desk. We felt ignored when we had a simple question, which was a bit disappointing.
